I make this smoothie bowl whenever I’ve just come home from running around all morning and am absolutely famished! It fills me up until dinner and I don’t even crave afternoon snacks because this is so sweet and yum!
Berry, Banana & Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie base
1 cup of baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seed powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 cup of mixed berries
half a frozen banana (ripe for sweetness)
handful of crushed nuts (I like peanuts, can use almonds/walnuts whatever you like)
Almond milk (add slowly and only add as much as you need to mix the ingredients)
